User’s Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms
The Sponsel CPA Group, LLC (“Sponsel” or “us“or “we“) provides the http://www.sponselcpagroup.com web site and various related services (together referred to as this “Site“) subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein (the “Terms of Use“), as well as any other written agreement between us (or your company). In addition, when using particular services or materials on the Site, users shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services or materials that may contain terms and conditions in addition to those in these Terms of Use. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use are effective as of November 1, 2009. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this site and these Terms of Use periodically and to be aware of any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgement of the modified Terms of Use and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Use.

As used in these Terms of Use, references to our “Affiliates“ include our owners, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, officers, directors, suppliers, partners, sponsors, and advertisers, and includes (without limitation) all parties involved in creating, producing, and/or delivering the Site and/or its contents.

Data Collection
As a visitor, you do not have to submit any personally identifiable information in order to use the Site. Personally identifiable information is not collected via the Site unless it is specifically and voluntarily provided by visitors. Such information may consist of, but is not limited to, your name, current job title, company address, email address and telephone and fax numbers.
If you are merely a visitor to the Site, Sponsel does not collect any personal information about you, except to the limited extent through the use of cookies, which are described below.

Use of Information
Personally identifiable information submitted via the Site is used only for limited purposes. Information attained by the Site is used only for the intended purpose stated at the time that the information is collected. This data is not shared with other entities in the network for secondary or unrelated purposes, or shared with a third party, unless otherwise disclosed at the point of collection. If there is an instance where such information may be shared, the visitor will be asked for permission beforehand.

Please note that entering your information in order to schedule an appointment with Sponsel is not shared with any third party. Sponsel makes every practical effort to avoid excessive or irrelevant collection of data. If a visitor believes the site has collected excessive information, we encourage the visitor to contact Sponsel at tsponsel@sponselcpagroup.com to raise any concerns.

Only in certain circumstances may your supplied information be disclosed to a third party; namely, 1) when explicitly requested by you in writing, or 2) as required by a court order or other legal or regulatory requirement.

Data Retention
Information collected from visitors to the site will only be kept in order to provide the required service. Once the service has been completed all information will be destroyed in accordance with Sponsel’s data retention policy, or upon such time as determined by Sponsel. Should you require your information to be updated, amended or deleted from our records please contact Sponsel at tsponsel@sponselcpagroup.com and detail your request.

Blog
If you use the blog feature on the Site, you should be aware that any personally identifiable information you submit in a publicly-viewable blog comment can be read, collected, or otherwise used by anyone who reads the blog or who visits the site on which you have chosen to comment. Sponsel is not responsible for non-Sponsel related use of this information. In its sole, exclusive, and unilateral discretion, Sponsel may monitor, review, and determine which comments to post or to delete. Additionally, Sponsel owns the rights to any comments or postings submitted to the Site via the blog. Moreover, Sponsel has the right to use any comments submitted to the Site via the blog for market research, promotional or marketing purposes, or any other matter related to the services provided by Sponsel.

Cookies
The Site may use “cookies,” which is a technology that allows the Site to store tokens of information in your browser used only by the Site while you are on the Site. Cookies are not used to determine the personal identity of anyone who is merely visiting the Site. Cookies serve to help Sponsel track uses of the Site.

This privacy statement is not intended for use by children. Sponsel understands the importance of protecting children’s information, especially in an online environment, and we do not knowingly collect or maintain information about children via the Site.
